With a career in the Human Services field that began in 2012, Gina’s journey was inspired by her experience with the Peace Corps, and enhanced by her Masters Degree in Nonprofit management. The advertisement for the Peace Corps sparked her interest, and her service confirmed her passion for helping others. Known simply as Gina, she is committed to the mission of Nonotuck and motivated by the opportunities for growth and career advancement the organization offers.
A true foodie, Gina enjoys a variety of foods but has a particular fondness for a well-cooked ribeye steak. Her hobbies include traveling and exploring new cultures, which aligns with her love for integrating with people and communities around the world. Gina’s favorite music ranges from Afro-beats, Kompa, and American classic hits from the 1940s through the 1980s.
Gina brings a positive outlook on life to the Nonotuck community, along with innovative ideas aimed at fostering a healthy and prosperous environment. She is eager to develop and progress in her career, leveraging her skills and professionalism to make a meaningful impact in the Human Services field.

Carlos was born in Cape Verde and moved to the U.S. in 2005. He resides in Boston. Carlos holds a bachelor’s in crime and justice studies from UMass-Dartmouth. Carlos has passion for building relationships and creating opportunities to learn, change, share, and develop skill sets. Carlos is a motivated, high-energy person who enjoys helping people and working with the communities.

Originally from Romania, Atti started his career in human services years ago by working at a summer camp for orphans. After moving to the United States in 2001, he continued his work in direct care in group homes. His passion for helping others has been a lifelong calling, volunteering at multiple organizations. Atti was introduced to Nonotuck through his wife, who works for the state and recommended the organization to him.
Atti’s favorite food is Hungarian stew, particularly Paprikás, and his best memories revolve around his four children, watching them grow, as well as traveling along the California coast with a summer camp for underprivileged people with special needs.
He enjoys rock music, especially Iron Maiden. Atti brings a unique blend of compassion, hard work, and cultural values to the Nonotuck community, hoping to make a positive impact through his life experience and dedication to others.

Christopher has been in the human service field since 1994. He was drawn to Nonotuck because of its focus on possibilities rather than disabilities and its strong emphasis on diversity and inclusion, values he deeply appreciates.
Chris enjoys southern barbecue: ribs, blackened catfish, and collard greens. His favorite music genres are rock n’ roll, blues, and jazz. A standout memory for him is a family trip to Ireland in 2017.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys traveling, music, and reading. He brings a mix of humor, cultural awareness, and diverse life experience to the Nonotuck community. With a broad range of past work experience, he has developed unique skills and is always eager to learn from different cultures and backgrounds. Chris values building strong relationships with his co-workers, in order to create a fun and supportive atmosphere.

Having started her nursing career in 2011, Tyler’s passion for helping others naturally led her into the Human Services field. After working in group home settings, she was drawn to Nonotuck by the opportunity to see individuals thrive in a more personalized, home-like environment. Tyler’s background in nursing has shaped her approach to care, where compassion and empathy are central to her work.
Outside of work, Tyler’s favorite title is “Mom” to her two children, Parker, age 7, and Drew, age 4. She enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, trying new foods, and watching movies. A lover of various music genres, Tyler stays clear of heavy rock but appreciates a wide range of sounds. Inspired by the quote, “Don’t limit yourself,” Tyler brings a deep sense of understanding and dedication to the Nonotuck community, always aiming to provide the best care possible while helping individuals reach their full potential.

With a background in Human Services, Ginny’s career path was influenced by her natural inclination to help others and the encouragement of a close friend who offered her a job in the field. She was drawn to Nonotuck by its impressive philosophy and mission, as well as the positive reputation of its management team, and she is excited to bring her experience and passion for service to the organization.
Outside of her professional role, Ginny enjoys spending time with her husband, four children, and grandchildren, gardening, and indulging in her love of chocolate, which she humorously considers its own food group. A fan of both classic rock and country music, she finds joy in the simple pleasures of life. With a wealth of cherished memories, Ginny feels blessed by her life experiences and looks forward to making a positive impact at Nonotuck.
