Shared Living brings together a person, a couple or a family in the community with a person with a disability to share their lives in an authentic, loving and respectful relationship of mutual dependence. We want every person to live their most genuine lives, with opportunity, choice and a voice.
Adult Family Care
Nonontuck Adult Family Care keeps families together. Adult Family Care helps provide a safe, nurturing home for people with disabilities with a member of that person’s family, which can include immediate or extended family.
Community-Based Day Services
Our community-based day services offers flexible programming that can be adapted to each person’s needs and goals. We help each person develop the skills they need to grow their self-confidence and independence with one-on-one coaching and support.
