Auburn

Care Manager

The responsibilities of the Care Manager position include, but are not limited to direct case management, participation in care coordination via the treatment team and supervision of Shared Living and Adult Family Care (AFC) services. A clear and comprehensive understanding of DDS/ABI, AFC and other community/ home care delivery services preferred. The ability to adapt to changes, modify and redirect processes is required.

This position combines a hybrid working model with ability to attend in person visits to homes and to meetings.

Registered Nurse

Nonotuck Resource Associates, Inc. is seeking an RN to provide case management for our expanding services. This AFC RN position offers flexibility and autonomy while utilizing your nursing assessment, care planning and case management skills to provide services to individuals in home settings. Case Management nursing does not require the delivery of hands-on nursing procedures. Requirements for the positions include Associate’s or bachelor’s degree, RN license, computer abilities, travel/organizational planning, flexibility, excellent communication, training, referral, and planning skills.

Assistant Program Director

Summary: To provide leadership in the implementation of Nonotuck’s values and key agency principles to provide high-quality supports to the people served by the program working in concert with the Program Director to ensure all operational needs are met.

Quality Enhancement Specialist

The quality enhancement specialist implements the values and the Key Agency Principles of Nonotuck to provide high quality support to the people served and the people employed by the agency.

Northampton

Billing and Accounts Receivable Specialist

The Billing and Accounts Receivable Specialist position requires completion of all contract billing and reconciliation with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, tracks revenue collection, and posting invoices to the accounting system. The Billing and Accounts Receivable Specialist also assists with the preparation of contracts, amendments and monitors utilization. The successful candidate will be highly organized, have excellent customer service and communication skills, and a high level of initiative. Must have excellent monitoring and problem-solving skills, have the ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
