The Billing and Accounts Receivable Specialist position requires completion of all contract billing and reconciliation with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, tracks revenue collection, and posting invoices to the accounting system.  The Billing and Accounts Receivable Specialist also assists with the preparation of contracts, amendments and monitors utilization. The successful candidate will be highly organized, have excellent customer service and communication skills, and a high level of initiative.
