Integration Specialist
The Integration Specialist provides direct care and support to persons with developmental disabilities who receive Community Based Day Supports through Nonotuck Resource Associates. Each Integration Specialist has primary responsibility for at least one person supported and will be cross trained with other people supported as well.

The ability to adapt to changes, modify and redirect processes is required.
Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our Brockton location. The ideal candidate will be considerate, kind, and diligent with administration tasks. The person who is the right fit for this position will perform administrative tasks as prioritized by each Program Director with Executive Team supervisor support and approval. Duties include but are not limited to: Maintaining spreadsheets related to the PA process (process for securing approval for AFC billing) and reminding / assisting teams in site upkeep, initials screening of applicant caregivers, reference checks, qualification verification, paperwork for new starts of service, service termination, service changes, internal auditing, assistance with other needed records upkeep or system tracking such as uploading or inputting information into Electronic Medical Records, assigned special projects, committee membership, provision of relevant training for other employees, and other general administrative support.

Nonotuck Resource Associates, Inc. is seeking a full-time Finance Assistant. This is a non-exempt, 8am-4pm position reporting to the Senior Accountant. The Finance Assistant works on behalf of the individuals for which Nonotuck is Representative Payee regarding their financial needs and completes all procedures as per approved Rep-Payee Policies. The Finance Assistant also works alongside the Staff Accountant in the reconciliation of Transaction Reports for those individuals in which Nonotuck has delegated money management responsibilities. The Finance Assistant will also be assigned Finance department projects outside of the Rep-Payee program.
