Nonotuck Named 2024 Globe Top Workplace

Nonotuck Resource Associates, Inc. is thrilled to announce being recognized as one of the Top Places to Work in Massachusetts in The Boston Globe’s 16th annual employee-based survey. This marks the third time in four years that Nonotuck has received this prestigious honor.

The Top Places to Work program highlights the most admired workplaces in the state, with winners determined through confidential surveys completed by employees. The survey, conducted by Energage, an independent employee engagement research firm, measures key workplace factors such as direction, execution, connection, management, pay and benefits, and engagement. This year, over 137,000 employees from 347 organizations participated in the survey.
