Native American Heritage Month 2022 at Nonotuck
Nonotuck Resource Associates recently wrapped up another enlightening celebration of Native American Heritage Month (NAHM) this November. We started the month by acknowledging the lands our offices sit on. This was made possible by the website through Native Land Digital.
Nayana LaFond
We were honored to host artist and activist Nayana Lafond, who spoke of her recent project highlighting the untold stories of missing and murdered Indigenous people, their family members and community activists.

Singer, model, and activist Alexis Raeana met with the Nonotuck community, providing an in-depth presentation that included songs and spirited discussion.
Listen and Learn
We concluded our month with a Listen and Learn event that allowed the Nonotuck community to reflect upon a great week of presentations, as well as taking in some additional videos.
