Shared living caregivers provide safe, nurturing and inclusive home and social lives to adults in need of support and companionship.
We match caregivers and people through an extensive screening process that includes finding compatible interests, desired lifestyle, and language and cultural preferences in communities where individuals desire to live.
Caregivers work within a person’s Individualized Support Planning team to support those in Shared Living to live authentic, quality lives.
How To Apply
Nonotuck employs Placement Specialists across the Commonwealth of Massachusetts who guide interested applicants through the qualification process and then work with program staff and the referral source to make a match. To begin the application and qualification process, contact the Placement Specialist in your area. The Placement Specialists are located regionally:

You will be sent an application packet. Upon receipt of the completed application, the Placement Specialist will schedule a home visit to meet with your family and begin the screening process. The process includes an interview/home study, home safety inspection, CORI and fingerprint check and reference check.
