Become an Adult Family Care Provider
If you are caring for an adult family member who has a disability or would like to assume care, Nonotuck offers the supports and services you need to keep your family member in their home and community.
Family caregivers receive support and guidance from Nonotuck’s multidisciplinary team of Program Directors, Clinicians, Registered Nurses, and Care Managers and receive a generous stipend and respite services, as needed.
How To Apply
Nonotuck employs staff across the Commonwealth of Massachusetts who guide interested applicants through the qualification process and then work with the caregiver and their loved one to qualify for services. To begin the qualification process, contact the staff person in your area.

A staff person will schedule a home visit to meet with you and your family and begin the qualification process. The process includes an interview/home study, and home safety inspection.
