Responsibilities include shared supervision of Shared Living/Adult Family Care homes and Care Managers, participation in care coordination via the treatment team, participation and oversight of the Shared Living referral process and case management responsibilities. A clear and comprehensive understanding of Adult Family Care, DDS and other community/ home care delivery services preferred. The ability to adapt to changes, modify and redirect processes is required.

Billing and Accounts Receivable Specialist

The Billing and Accounts Receivable Specialist position requires completion of all contract billing and reconciliation with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, tracks revenue collection, and posting invoices to the accounting system. The Billing and Accounts Receivable Specialist also assists with the preparation of contracts, amendments and monitors utilization. The successful candidate will be highly organized, have excellent customer service and communication skills, and a high level of initiative. Must have excellent monitoring and problem-solving skills, have the ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
