Assistant Finance Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Finance Manager to join our finance team. This role is crucial for maintaining our financial health and ensuring that our services continue to be delivered with the highest level of efficiency and compliance. The successful candidate will oversee a team consisting of two Finance Assistants, a Staff Accountant, and a Billing & Accounts Receivable Specialist.

Finance Assistant

Reporting to the Assistant Finance Manager, the Finance Assistant works on behalf of the individuals for which Nonotuck is Representative Payee regarding their financial needs and completes all procedures as per approved Rep-Payee Policies. The Finance Assistant also works alongside the Staff Accountant in the reconciliation of Transaction Reports for those individuals in which Nonotuck has delegated money management responsibilities. The Finance Assistant will also be assigned finance department projects outside of the Rep-Payee program.

South Coast/ South Shore

Direct Care Professional

Nonotuck Resource Associates, Inc. is seeking a vibrant and warm-hearted Direct Care Professional to provide companionship to a person with intellectual disability in their shared living home and in the community. This is a non-exempt position, with flexible scheduling. Work a 3-4 hour shift a few times a week and make someone’s day a little brighter!

Quality Enhancement Specialist (Human Services)
